Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Marketplace Operations Executive for International Operations in Thane. You will support inventory management, marketplace operations, fulfilment execution and cross-border coordination across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces.

You will work with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Portal, drive replenishment, monitor SLA adherence and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in e-commerce operations or supply chain roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Mosaic is a fast growing cross-border e-commerce company operating across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces. We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused International Operations Executive to support inventory management, marketplace operations, fulfilment execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning.
• Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence.
• Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders.
• Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Exposure to cross-border ecommerce logistics.
• Understanding of VAT and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL and warehousing partners.
