Job summary

The Job Factory is hiring Customer Representatives for an International Voice Process in Bengaluru. You will handle inbound calls from US and UK customers, resolve queries with empathy, and maintain accurate records. Excellent English is mandatory; night shifts are available with five working days per week.

Immediate joiners preferred. Basic computer knowledge required. We offer cab facility up to 20 km and fast-track career growth in a supportive team.
