Job summary

Talent21 Management and Shared Services Pvt Ltd in Noida is seeking an International Chat Support executive with a minimum of 6 months experience to handle customer queries via chat and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions.

The role is office-based with rotational shifts, 5 days a week, and cab facilities (both sides). You will maintain accurate records of interactions, uphold a customer-centric approach, and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
