Al Ghurair Group in Gurugram seeks enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals for our International Chat Support team. You will handle chat inquiries from an international customer base, delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous responses in fluent English.

Requirements include a minimum graduate, 1 year in chat-based international support, strong typing and CRM skills, and the ability to work a 24/7 rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.
• Deliver excellent service experience while maintaining brand tone and professionalism.

• Maintain customer interaction logs and update information accurately in the CRM system.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and response accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat-based International Customer Support.
