Job summary

Sutherland in Mumbai is seeking a customer support associate to handle inbound chats related to orders and deliveries. You will assist customers with issues such as incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed products and resolve queries to ensure a positive experience.

You will provide accurate information on orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery updates while maintaining quality standards and meeting performance metrics. Freshers are welcome, with US shift exposure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (B2 level).
• Ability to handle inbound customer chats and resolve issues efficiently.
