Job summary

Sutherland is hiring for an international chat process in Maharashtra. You will handle inbound customer chats about orders and deliveries, assist with issues like damaged or delayed products, and provide accurate information on returns, refunds, replacements, and deliveries.

Freshers are welcome. Excellent communication skills at B2 level are required, with HSC or graduation as eligible. The role offers 5 days a week, US shift, and a path to work from home after 6 months based on performance.
