Job summary

Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi is seeking candidates for an International Voice Process role in Gurugram & Noida. The position involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving travel/finance/telecom queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across international clients.

Candidates with 6 months to 8+ years in IVP or freshers with excellent communication are welcome. Rotational shifts and immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Voice Process (IVR/Voice) required or fresher with excellent communication.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call handling processes optional but preferred.

Responsibilities

Salary:

• 3 LPA to 6 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
