Job summary

SkillRoom Talent is hiring International BPO Analysts to support a US/UK banking and fintech account in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. You will handle high-value banking customer queries, fraud disputes, and account escalations, with night shifts and cab provided.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree and 1 year of international BFSI BPO experience, along with excellent English and a neutral accent to communicate with global customers. Compliance with SLAs and security standards is essential.
