Job summary

SkillRoom Talent is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle domestic inbound queries in Telugu and Hindi from Hyderabad-based customers in BFSI and e-commerce sectors. Freshers are welcome and paid training is provided. Rotational shifts and quick joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities include resolving payment, delivery, account, and policy questions while maintaining CSAT and updating the CRM with accurate notes after each interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Good Telugu and Hindi communication; basic English for documentation.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
