Job summary

Executive Tracks Associates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an in-house recruiter for the Non-IT sector in industrial manufacturing, based at Gurgaon. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and liaison with hiring managers to fill middle- and junior-management positions.

You will actively source candidates through Naukri and Monster, post jobs, and maintain clear communication across teams while developing management reports to aid workforce planning and decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Non-IT Recruitment industrial Manufacturing for middle- and junior-management-level consultants.
• Hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing processes.
• Conduct initial screenings for skills, communication, and stability, forwarding shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Develop reports for management to aid in resource planning and decision-making.
