ETA has 25 years in Indian executive search with 50+ consultants and offices in Dubai, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Delhi, Pune and Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT recruitment experience for mid-to-senior roles.
• Screen candidates for skills, communication, and stability.
• Source candidates via portals, networks, internal databases, referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage candidate flow.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and sourcing for IT roles.

• Post jobs on portals to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings for skills, communication and fit.

Looking for Candidate having 1 to 4 years of Experience in IT Recruitment of Mid-to-Senior level.

• Location : sector 49 Gurgaon
• Hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing processes.
• Effectively source candidates through internet research, social networks, internal databases, cold calling, and referrals.
• Manage job postings on various job sites and web portals to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings for skills, communication, and stability, forwarding shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Hands-on use of platforms like job portals (Naukri and Monster) for candidate search and management.
• Maintain effective communication within the organisation to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop reports for management to aid in resource planning and decision-making.

Responsible for Client and Internal recruitment of IT position, and for technical screening, evaluating candidates' knowledge of core technical stacks (Python, Java, Cloud/DevOps) and assessing cultural fit.

5 Days working company (only 1st Saturday working)
