Job summary

Apexon is looking for a motivated Internal Communications Specialist to support our internal communication efforts. You will craft engaging messages, coordinate campaigns, and help bring our internal brand voice to life.

You’ll work with HR, Talent Branding, Marketing, and other teams to keep employees informed, inspired, and connected. The role requires strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, plus experience with internal tools (email platforms, intranet, Canva).

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support internal campaigns and align plans with Apexon's values and goals.
• Content development: newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, emails.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent Branding, Marketing and other departments for events and initiatives.
• Assist leadership communications, presentations, and town halls.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and highlight team successes.
• Manage content calendars and update internal channels; support multimedia content production.
• Track engagement and identify ways to improve effectiveness of internal communications.

Position Overview:

Apexon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Specialist to help support our internal communications efforts. In this role, youll assist in crafting engaging messages, coordinating communication campaigns, and helping bring our internal brand voice to life. Youll work closely with teams across the company to ensure employees stay informed, inspired, and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Internal Campaigns: Assist in executing internal communication plans that align with Apexons values and goals.
• Content Development: Draft newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, and emails to share company updates and employee stories.
• Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with HR, Talent Branding, Marketing, and other departments to support internal events and initiatives.
• Leadership Communications: Help prepare content for leadership messages, presentations, and events like town halls.
• Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to programs that drive employee engagement and highlight team successes.
• Channel Management: Help manage content calendars, update internal channels, and support the production of multimedia content.
• Measurement & Feedback: Track engagement and help identify ways to improve the effectiveness of internal communications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related rolespreferably in a tech or consulting environment.

Skills:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with internal communications tools (like email platforms, intranet, Canva, etc.)
• Organized with good time management and project coordination skills
• Comfortable working with senior team members and supporting leadership communications
• Interest in multimedia formats (video, podcasts, etc.) is a plus
• Flexi and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
