Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join the Corporate Communications team.

The role will support the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should combine strong writing and storytelling skills with a good eye for visual communication and the ability to independently create professional communication assets using Canva.

This role will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to translate business updates, employee initiatives, leadership messages, events, campaigns, and organizational milestones into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned communication.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Storytelling

• Draft and edit content for internal and external communication channels.


• Develop engaging copy for the emailers, internal campaigns, leadership communications, employee engagement initiatives, event communication, newsletters and magazines, social media posts, corporate announcements, posters and digital creatives, success stories and milestone communication.


• Convert business and technical information into simple, engaging, audience-friendly narratives.


• Proofread and edit content for grammar, tone, consistency, and accuracy.


• Maintain communication quality in line with organizational tone and brand guidelines.


• Create professional communication creatives independently using Canva to develop emailer designs, posters, social media creatives, presentation layouts, event communication assets, internal campaign creatives, invitations, digital banners & employee engagement communication.


• Ensure visual consistency across communication assets.


• Adapt existing templates while maintaining brand identity.


• Work with design teams and external vendors for advanced creative requirements when needed.

Internal Communications

• Coordinate communication for employee engagement initiatives, leadership messages, organizational announcements, events and celebrations, awards and recognitions, business milestones & product and customer updates.


• Help drive employee awareness and participation through effective communication planning.


• Support editorial calendars and communication schedules.

Corporate & External Communications

• Support development of corporate content for external audiences.


• Assist with corporate profiles, award submissions, event communication, customer stories, leadership profiling, PR support content & social media communication.


• Conduct basic research to strengthen communication with relevant industry and market context.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and understand communication requirements.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of content and creative deliverables.


• Manage multiple communication requests while maintaining quality and timelines.


• Follow up proactively for approvals, inputs, and dependencies.


• Coordinate with agencies and vendors where required.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong written communication skills in English.


• Excellent command of grammar, sentence structure, and professional business writing.


• Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.


• Fluent and hands-on knowledge of Canva.


• Ability to independently create professional visual communication assets.
