Job summary

English For India is seeking a sales professional in Kanpur to drive revenue and close deals. You will forecast budgets, manage the sales cycle, and maintain relationships through multiple channels.

You will monitor performance, track key metrics, and provide after-sales support while analyzing sales data to improve outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

• Keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
• Provide effective after-sales support and services to customers.
• Compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to produce reports on sales performance.
• Onboarding & negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Maintaining pipe-line & data of all sale.
