Job summary

ABHIMAN INTERIORS & TURNKEY CONTRACTS PVT LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently oversee interior fit-out and turnkey projects from initiation to handover. You will manage planning, budgeting, procurement, and client coordination to ensure on-time delivery with quality workmanship.

Requirements include 5+ years in interior fit-out or turnkey projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and willingness to travel across Kerala.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out, civil or turnkey project execution.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing and site execution.
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects and site teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multiple interior and turnkey projects from initiation to handover.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, quantity calculations and project budgets.
• Supervise daily site activities, monitor progress and ensure work per drawings and specs.
• Allocate manpower, coordinate subcontractors and monitor productivity.
• Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement and minimise wastage.
• Handle client billing, subcontractor bills, measurements and project reports.
• Communicate with clients, architects, consultants and vendors about project progress.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, site safety and compliance with specs.
• Monitor project expenses, prevent cost overruns and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct final inspections and smooth project handover.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to independently manage interior fit-out and turnkey projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, cost control and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate and execute multiple interior and turnkey projects from initiation to handover.
• BOQ & Estimation: Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, quantity calculations and project budgets.
• Site Management: Supervise daily site activities, monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Labour & Subcontractor Management: Allocate manpower, coordinate subcontractors and monitor productivity.
• Material Management: Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement and minimise material wastage.
• Billing & Documentation: Handle client billing, subcontractor bills, measurements, variation statements and project reports.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with clients, architects, consultants and vendors regarding project requirements and progress.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure high-quality workmanship, site safety and compliance with project specifications.
• Cost & Time Control: Monitor project expenses, prevent cost overruns and ensure completion within deadlines.
• Project Handover: Conduct final inspections, resolve snag lists and ensure smooth project handover.
