Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking a Manager- Finishing to oversee finishing works on high-rise residential projects in Mumbai. The role involves planning, coordinating with contractors and MEP teams, and ensuring work aligns with drawings and quality standards.

The incumbent will monitor manpower, materials, and productivity, conduct inspections, and drive timely snag closure and progress reporting in line with the project schedule.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years of experience in finishing works for high-rise residential projects.
• Civil engineering degree required (B.E./B.Tech).
• Diploma in interior designing & decoration also considered.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for finishing works of high-rise residential projects including masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works.
• Plan and monitor finishing activities as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP and other project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor manpower, material usage, productivity and resolve site issues.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification and snag closure.
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned areas.
