Job summary

Interiors by Rajat Ajmera is seeking an experienced BM Sales & Interior Design Sales professional to take ownership of the sales pipeline, manage the sales team, and drive project bookings. The role is based in Baner and operates in-office.

You will manage the full interior sales cycle, lead a small team, and drive monthly targets while coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure smooth handovers and accurate CRM reporting. Strong negotiation and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design / residential interior sales.
• Comfortable in working with limited-10+ team members.
• Strong understanding of interior design, materials, space planning and project costing.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented approach.
• Experience handling end-to-end interior projects from enquiry to booking.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
