Job summary

Johnson Controls in Kolkata seeks an experienced Assistant Manager-Controls, Fire & Security Systems to lead command center operations and field service delivery. You will manage OMS tasks, retrofit projects and customer interactions ensuring SLA compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years in ISS with hardware and software, strong CCTV, access control and networking knowledge, plus Diploma/B-Tech in Electrical/Electronics/CS. Based in Eastern India and reporting to Kinkar Maitra.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in ISS systems with related hardware and software.
• Proficient with CCTV, access control, PA systems and integration.
• Knowledge of Networking, IT and IoT concepts.
• Hands-on design, operation and maintenance of security systems.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of Command Control Center with software, IT and network integration.
• Field level service representation and client liaison.
• LNM and Retrofit project execution on schedule.
• Respond to breakdown calls and ensure SLA adherence.
• Communicate with customers and maintain EHS safety per standards.
• Lead generation for AMC, LNM and Retrofit activities.

Responsible to: Service CFS Operation, AMC & LNM Execution & Generate Lead.

Department: East Controls Service

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by providing product and services and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Key Technical Skills.

Technical Knowledge in Command and Control Centre, Integrated Security System like CCTV, access control, PA etc. Solution designing, Operations & Maintenance, Total Project Management.Knowledge in Networking, IT, IOT System. Detail knowledge in Software like Milestone, Awiros, Lenel, Data conduit concept.

Duties & responsibility’s

Operations & Maintenance of Command Control Center with all application software & IT & Network with CCTV & Access Control & PA system

Field level service representation.

LNM & Retrofit Project Execution on schedule time.

Breakdown call attend.

Manage agreed SLA.

Communicate with customer.

Maintain EHS safety as per company standards.

Lead generation of AMC, LNM & Retrofit.

Maintain ethics & integrity as per company policy.

Experience:

Minimum experience should be 8 to 10years in ISS system with all related hardware & Software.

Qualification:

Diploma/ B-Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science.
