Job summary

Johnson Controls and its East India operations in Kolkata seek an experienced Assistant Manager-Controls, Fire & Security Systems to lead service operations from the Kolkata base, reporting to Kinkar Maitra. You will drive AMC, LNM and retrofit projects while coordinating with the East Controls Service team.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in ISS systems with hardware and software, holding a Diploma or B-Tech in Electrical/Electronics/CS and a track record of delivering quality service and

• Lead generation of AMC, LNM & Retrofit.
• Maintain ethics & integrity as per company policy.

Job Purpose

Serves customers by providing product and services and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Key Technical Skills

• Technical Knowledge in Command and Control Centre, Integrated Security System like CCTV, access control, PA etc.
• Solution designing, Operations & Maintenance, Total Project Management.
• Knowledge in Networking, IT, IOT System.
• Detail knowledge in Software like Milestone, Awiros, Lenel, Data conduit concept.
