Qualifications

• Technical support to maintain Chiller Plant Automation System uptime.
• Ability to analyze Level 3 & 4 incidents and propose preventive actions.
• Involvement in site/off-site requirements to maintain system uptime.
• Willingness to coach trainees and transfer technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ensure high uptime of Chiller Plant Automation Systems across data centers and key accounts.
• Offer inputs to Service Ops for resolution of Level 3 & 4 breakdowns and incident analysis for recurrence prevention.
• Ensure system stability at warranty sites and coordinate SME involvement on site and off site.
• Contribute to quality improvements by feedback to regional and factory teams on a monthly basis.
• Review global product notifications and cybersecurity alerts and communicate rectifications to regional teams.
• Assist in Diploma trainee programs and FLSP skill enhancement through CPM, CFS commissioning and troubleshooting.

  What you will do

• Technical supports to maintain the Chiller Plant Automation System UP time, System Auto operations as per agreed SLA of all Data center sites and Key Accounts Customers.
• Technical inputs to the Service Ops team to resolve the Level 3 & Level 4 breakdown cases and Incident Analysis report to overcome future reoccurrence.
• Warranty sites - System stability, Involve SME in on site /off site requirements to maintain the Up time of system
• Support for quality improvement by providing feedback to regional and factory team on monthly basis
• Review all global products notifications / cyber security alerts and highlight to all regional team to act on rectifications / prevention process.
• Support diploma trainee program from India service operation and Skill enhancement of FLSP through technical training program (CPM, CFS commissioning & troubleshoot)
• Coaching FLSP through LPT, SoTech Training Modules
• Identify talent resources & Technical knowledge transfer to become the next level support
• Engage with 3rd Party systems technical resources to create strong in-house core teams to manage 3rd party applications functionalities
• Support field team with technical expertise to generate L&M business through CPM, CFS PSA Customers
• Support field team with technical inputs of obsolete components and follow up for upgrade and replacement
• Lead Technical Team to identify and support field team for 5 # CFS System upgrades / modernizations
• Support team through 04 technical audits, predictive analysis to generate L&M opportunities
• Technical support for early closure of calls, first time fix, respond by 24 Hrs. and closure of hot alert to improve NPS
