Job summary
Globiva in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Health Insurance Sales. You will manage a team of 20–25 agents and drive performance metrics such as revenue and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales leadership, with strong knowledge of BPO metrics. The position offers a competitive salary within a fixed day shift environment.

Globiva is hiring experienced Team Leaders for Health Insurance Sales and Life Insurance Sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 20–25 agents and driving revenue & performance metrics.
- Handle & manage a team of 20–25 sales agents
- Drive team targets (Revenue / Premium / Conversion %)
- Monitor Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPIs
- Track Dialer performance, Productivity, Talk Time & Conversion Ratio
- Maintain Shrinkage, Attendance & Adherence
- Manage Rostering & Manpower Planning
- Conduct daily Huddles & Performance Reviews
- Ensure adherence to Quality & Compliance standards
- Improve Upselling & Cross-selling performance
- Handle escalations and maintain team engagement
- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in Insurance Sales (Health/Life)
- Strong knowledge of BPO metrics: AHT, Occupancy, Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Conversion %
- Target-driven and strong team handling skills
- Good communication & leadership abilities
- Fixed Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)
