About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our Health Insurance Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their health insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance plans, and generating sales through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for health insurance plans.
• Explain health insurance policies, coverage, benefits, premiums, and features to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the CRM.

Requirements
