Job summary

Joining is immediate for a 12‑month contract to hire. The position requires working 2:30 PM–11:30 PM IST, coordinating with US stakeholders, leveraging AI tools, and measuring training effectiveness to continuously improve materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in L&D or instructional design in an enterprise setting.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
• Hands-on instructional design, content development, and LMS use.
• Familiarity with AI tools for training content and gamification.

Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and identify performance gaps to design solutions.
• Develop learning objectives, curricula, and engaging content.
• Create training materials using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Develop content for operations, regulatory and compliance training.
• Collaborate with US leaders and SMEs to deliver learning solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance learning content.
• Use LMS and gamification to create interactive modules and assessments.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve materials.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and identify performance gaps to develop effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning objectives, training curricula and engaging instructional content.
• Create professional training presentations, learning materials and content using MS PowerPoint.
• Develop training content for operations, regulatory and compliance functions.
• Collaborate with US-based business leaders and subject matter experts to understand training requirements and deliver learning solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to create and enhance learning content.
• Use LMS and gamification platforms to develop interactive training modules, knowledge assessments and engaging learning experiences.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of training materials.
• Facilitate training sessions when required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Training Content Development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Hands‑on experience in instructional design and learning content development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, including course navigation and content management.
• Experience with gamification, interactive learning and knowledge assessments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for developing and enhancing training content.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in the 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM shift and collaborate with US stakeholders.
