TP is hiring a Learning Experience Designer in Mumbai to design and deliver engaging learning materials and experiences. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and applying instructional design principles for global audiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of instructional design experience and strong communication and project management skills. Rotational shifts including night shifts and immediate joiners are preferred. Budget up to 8 LPA.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Experience with developing learning solutions for a global audience and adjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints, and localization or translation considerations.
• Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
• Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
• Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
