About the Role

The role involves designing and developing engaging learning solutions that enhance employee capability, improve business performance, and support organizational learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive eLearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to build effective learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Measure learning effectiveness through Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model.
• Utilize authoring tools to create engaging digital learning content.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design.

Educational Qualification
