Job summary

MantraCare is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for the night shift to connect with international clients and convert prospects through calls, emails and virtual meetings.

You will generate leads, understand client needs, present suitable solutions, and strive to meet monthly targets while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and closures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / International Sales / BPO Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
