Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calling/email campaigns.
• Conduct account research, identify key decision-makers (POCs), and build interest in offerings.
• Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule discovery sessions with the Pre-Sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
• Qualify leads and route opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.
• Work towards closing deals and consistently achieving quarterly sales targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive pipeline growth and close deals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably with SAP Gold Partners.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent calling skills with experience handling high call volumes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
