Job summary

Staragile Consulting is seeking a Fluent Kannada-speaking Inside Sales Manager for our Edtech portfolio in Bangalore (Work From Office). You will drive lead conversion, develop client relationships, and execute sales plans to achieve targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude.

Location is Bangalore - HSR with Mon-Sat work days from 10 AM to 7:30 PM. Lucrative incentives are available in addition to a base compensation plan.

Designation: Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for Fluent Kannada Speaker with Edtech Experience (Min 0-1 years). A self-motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

What will you do

• Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels


• Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our training programs


• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory


• Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.


• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.


• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies
