Job summary

Zend Consulting Services in Jaipur, India seeks a seasoned Inside Sales leader to head the B2C and D2C sales function. You will own revenue, drive conversions and sales productivity while managing a large Inside Sales COE.

You will shape sales strategy, processes and profitability, provide regular reporting to stakeholders and relentlessly improve quality and processes. Prior experience with 75Cr+ revenue exposure and D2C domains is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ yrs Inside/Tele Sales experience.
• Strong B2C sales leadership experience.
• Large team management experience.
• 75Cr+ revenue exposure preferred.
• Strong sales analytics, pipeline and productivity management.
• Experience with new age D2C domains.
