Job summary

Sukrthi Recruits is seeking an inside sales professional in Coimbatore to convert inbound and outbound property inquiries into qualified site visits or meetings using phone, email, and digital tools.

You will manage inbound/outbound leads, schedule site visits, coordinate with sales teams, keep CRM records up to date, and conduct multi-channel follow-ups to drive closures.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside sales, tele calling, or customer service experience (preferably in real estate or property tech).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong persuasion abilities.
• Comfort with daily high-volume calling and dialer tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: handle high volumes of inbound inquiries and outbound calls to qualified leads.
• Site visit booking: pitch project highlights, share brochures virtually, and schedule visits (physical or virtual).
• Pipeline coordination: hand off qualified prospects to field sales or closing teams smoothly.
• CRM updates: maintain accurate, real-time call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
