The ideal candidate has 25 years of sales experience, fluent Tamil with strong English communication, and a track record in real estate, automobile showroom sales or hospitality.

Qualificações

• Minimum 25 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent in Tamil with strong English written and spoken communication.
• Strong customer handling, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to independently manage leads and close sales.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
• Professional conduct and client handling.
• Experience in real estate, automobile showroom sales or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales.

About the Role
