You will coordinate with outside sales for technical offers, process orders, track backlog and delivery, and prepare timely reports. Prior experience in manufacturing and CRM/MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1-3 years of experience, or BE freshers may also apply
• Proven work experience in manufacturing processes like Production, Quality or Maintenance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred knowledge of CRM Software and MS Office
• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
• Basic commercial awareness and acumen

Responsibilities

• Support inside/outside sales in technical and commercial tasks.

• The Inside Sales Engineer will work towards supporting the outside sales engineer, along with the Head of Sales, technically and commercially
• Accountable, particularly dealing with technical products and services
• Coordination with outside Sales for Technical offer and order processing
• Backlog, Price, delivery and sample management Forecast tracking
• Responsible for supporting outside sales in order to achieve their sales target.
• Maintaining clear communication among cross-functional teams for smooth sales transactions
• Prioritise offers & orders process initiatives
• Preparing offer & order processing reports
• Tracking of all enquiries and order processing, including self- analysis and customer prioritisation
• Conduct in-house trials and technical support for walk-in customers
