Delhivery in Goa is seeking an Associate for Inside Sales to own the full sales cycle, from lead to contract. You will connect with SMB and mid‑market clients, diagnose their logistics needs, and demonstrate how Delhivery can solve them.

You will conduct consultative conversations, deliver dashboard demos that convert, drive deals from first touch to signed agreement, and collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience while hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales/business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Data-driven mindset—you analyze what's working and double down.

You'll work with businesses of all sizes, understand their logistics pain points, and show them why Delhivery is the answer. Every deal you close moves real products to real people across India

What You'll Own:

Must-Have:

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales/ business development
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with SMB and mid-market sales cycles
• Based in Goa or ready to make the move
