This is a full-time, on‑site role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our Sales Team, converting leads into enrollments and driving business growth.
- Conduct professional video calls with prospective students.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate and learn by attending training sessions and staying updated on market trends and competitors.
- Build strong relationships through follow‑ups, personalized support, and a solution‑oriented approach while maintaining a polished appearance in blazer during all video calls.
- More than 2 years of experience in core sales.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Excellent convincing and sales skills.
- A willingness to thrive in a target‑driven B2C sales environment.
- Graduation degree holder or awaiting final semester exams.
- Must have your own laptop.

Compensation (CTC): ₹9,09,000 yearly. Breakdown: (₹3,36,000 to ₹6,00,000 Fixed) + (₹2,40,000 Incentives – uncapped) + (₹69,000 Other Benefits).
Mode of Working: Work from Office.
