PREPCA Eduserv Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our full-time HR team. You will shape PREPCA’s growth by discovering, engaging, and securing top-tier talent, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end candidate experience.

Role requires 100% office work in Baner, Pune, with timings 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM and a fixed Sunday off. CTC is ₹1,80,000 per annum, plus monthly incentives and learning activities to boost growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in HR (specialization preferred).
• Freshers with hustle-driven attitude welcome.
• Edtech sales hiring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier talent on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri to build a strong pipeline.
• Telephonic Screening: Conduct preliminary evaluation calls for competency, culture fit, and motivation.
• Interview Coordination & Execution: Schedule rounds and lead initial HR interviews.
• Document Verification: Verify candidate credentials and documentation.
• End-to-End Candidate Experience: Act as primary point of contact from first touchpoint to joining date.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, and driven Recruitment Associate to join our full-time HR team. In this high-impact role, you won't just look at resumes—you will play a crucial part in shaping PREPCA’s rapid expansion by discovering, engaging, and securing the top-tier talent that fuels our mission.

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Location: Baner, Pune (Candidates residing within a 15 km radius of Baner are preferred; candidates open to relocation are also most welcome) .

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday fixed

CTC: ₹1,80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier talent across platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri to build a high-performing recruitment pipeline.
• Telephonic Screening: Conduct preliminary evaluation calls to assess candidate competency, culture fit, and motivation.
• Interview Coordination & Execution: Seamlessly schedule stakeholder rounds and lead initial HR interview rounds.
• Document Verification: Diligently verify candidate credentials, backgrounds, and documentation.
• End-to-End Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, keeping candidates inspired, informed, and engaged from the first touchpoint all the way through to their official date of joining.
