MediBuddy in Bengaluru is seeking an Inside Sales specialist to counsel customers by phone, follow up on leads, and drive conversions. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, maintaining call quality, and delivering excellent service in English and Hindi.

The candidate should be motivated, target-driven, with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in voice-based sales is a plus.

Competenze

• Preferred Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Outbound Sales/Customer support (Voice) experience.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
