Job summary

Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive sales in the fintech space, with a focus on D2C merchants. You will perform cold calls, qualify leads, onboard clients and nurture relationships with stakeholders, targeting platforms like Shopify, Wix and WooCommerce for merchant acquisition.

Designation: Inside Sales Executive. Experience: 1-2 years. Department: Acquiring Sales. Location: Gurgaon / Kochi / Mumbai. Reports to: Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling services as well as market research products.
• Aggressive & Passionate. Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume environment using calls.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Ensuring a seamless onboarding of the merchant on the platform.
• Making sure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system on regular basis.
• Build stickiness with the Client by managing more of the Clients transaction processes and continuously propose solutions that meet their objectives.
