Job summary

Rk Placement Service is seeking an experienced Production Manager for our plastic injection molding operations. You will oversee end-to-end production activities, manage manpower, and drive improvements to achieve on-time delivery of high-quality parts.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, proficiency in handling large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, and a focus on safety and process optimization. A proven track record in injection molding is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in plastic injection molding with Production Management expertise.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Engineering principles for efficient production processes.
• Knowledge of Materialize CSS for material selection and processing.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
