• Possess knowledge of processing Polymer specially injection molding process.
• Possess knowledge of mold maintenance and development.(Knowledge of mold design and use of Auto cad shall be an added advantage)
• Ability to do root cause analysis for fault finding and providing solution.
• Knowledge using advanced molding techniques for mold development, problem solving and maintenance.
• Liaising with Mold vendors for various assignments of job work and development.
• Identifying training needs and scheduling Training and development of team members.
• Team building and leadership quality.
