Job summary

Sanjay Gothi Huf is seeking an experienced injection moulding engineer to optimize all-electric molding processes in a fast-moving plant in Puducherry, India. You will set up processes, handle robotics, and ensure product quality while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with injection moulding machines, IML/thin-wall processes, and a proactive approach to process improvement and training of staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with all-electric injection molding machines.
• Experience in setting up injection moulding processes.
• Deep knowledge of thin-wall and IML production processes.
• Experience with valve pin gate hot runner multicavity moulds.
• Ability to optimize cycle times and sustain productivity.
• Experience in plant operations including production and quality management.
• Experience with robotics and accessories.
• Root cause analysis for quality issues and corrective actions.
• Coordination with maintenance for smooth operation.
• Commitment to food safety standards.
• Experience in training and supervising workforce.
• Coordination with planning and scheduling.
• Waste minimization and reuse of regrind material with planning.
• Online inspection and packing of products.
• Routine maintenance of machines.

• Consumption of re-grind material with proper planning.
• Online inspection and packing of products.
• Routine maintenance of machines.
