Job summary

LogFix SCM Solutions Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility operations across multiple locations. You will coordinate daily on-site activities, manage vendors, and drive office fit-outs and renovation projects.

The role requires 4–7 years in facility/infrastructure management, experience handling 2+ locations, and knowledge of Electrical, Civil and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of facility/infrastructure management experience.
• Experience managing 2+ locations simultaneously.
• Strong vendor management (AMC, Security & Housekeeping).
• Hands-on experience in office fit-outs and renovation projects.
• Working knowledge of Electrical, Civil & HVAC systems.
• Ability to coordinate daily on-site operations across locations.

• Manufacturing + corporate office facility management experience.
• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, fire safety norms & Factories Act.
• Experience with Fire NOCs, EB approvals & trade licenses.
• Diploma/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management qualification.
• Experience with CAFM or Facility Management software.
