LogFix SCM Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility operations across multiple locations in Chennai. The role requires hands-on management of office fit-outs, renovations, and coordination of on-site activities across sites.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in facility/infrastructure management, with knowledge of Electrical, Civil and HVAC systems, and the ability to coordinate daily operations at multiple locations.

Key Requirements:

Good to Have:

• Experience managing company guest houses or residential facilities.
• Manufacturing + corporate office facility management experience.
• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, fire safety norms & Factories Act.
• Experience with Fire NOCs, EB approvals & trade licenses.
• Diploma/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management qualification.
• Experience with CAFM or Facility Management software.
