Job summary

TalentBridge in Pune is seeking a confident IT Recruiter to join our team. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, with a strong focus on Pune requirements, and coordinate closely with our US-based management.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn and portals, screen and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers and clients, and manage offers and onboarding to ensure smooth joining of top IT talent.

We are looking for a confident and highly communicative IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, with a strong focus on Pune requirements, while coordinating closely with our US-based management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently and professionally during direct client conversations.
• Work closely with the US management team
• Handle IT recruitment across US & India
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and technical/experience-based assessments.
• Coordinate directly with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Understand job requirements and identify candidates who closely match technical and business needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support candidates through the joining process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.
