Job summary

Glansa Associates is seeking a proactive Associate for end-to-end recruitment across tech roles. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.

You will coordinate technical assessments, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and maintain an accurate ATS. Stay informed on technologies and market trends to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments and interview processes with hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strong tech candidates (developers, DevOps, QA, cloud, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends.
