Job summary

Concept Medical seeks a Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and IT services. The role focuses on secure, reliable operations, ISO 27001 compliance, and modernization while driving team performance.

The candidate will oversee MS 365, Entra ID, and Defender, manage IT assets and budgets, and lead end-user support with a strong emphasis on security culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of IT experience with 5–7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation and audits.
• Manufacturing IT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, backup, DR, and network operations.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives including IAM, MFA, DLP, EDR/XDR, and incident response.
• Lead ISO 27001/ISMS implementation, audits, risk management, and compliance.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender.
• Manage IT assets lifecycle, software licensing, CMDB, and ITSM tooling.
• Lead IT Helpdesk and end-user computing with SLA-driven support.
• Develop and mentor infrastructure and security teams; manage vendors & budgets.

Position Summary

Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity will lead the organization’s IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, IT assets, and end-user support. The role will ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability IT operations while driving ISO 27001 compliance, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, backup, DR, and network operations.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network security.
• Drive cybersecurity, including EDR/XDR, IAM, MFA, DLP, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Lead ISO 27001/ISMS implementation, audits, risk management, and compliance.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, and CMDB.
• Lead IT Helpdesk, end-user computing, and SLA-driven support.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and user training.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service levels.
