Job summary

Digi Pro is seeking an experienced IT Lead to oversee IT operations, security, and infrastructure. This role ensures seamless service delivery, compliance with information security, and leadership of the IT team.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Security and strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and the Microsoft stack. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, acting as an escalation point, and leading IT projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT Infrastructure / Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across locations and shifts.
• Act as escalation point for all critical incidents and outages.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
• Own Information Security, SOC compliance, and audit readiness.
• Manage network security including firewalls, VPN, and endpoint protection.
• Drive IT policies: access control, device compliance, data security.
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and contracts.
• Lead IT projects, automation initiatives, and system improvements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Skills

Network security & firewalls (Sophos preferred)

Microsoft stack (O365, Entra ID, Intune)

Endpoint security & device management

Experience in SOC2 / ISO / audit environments

Strong troubleshooting & RCA skills

Vendor and stakeholder management
