Role Summary

Join TecSight IT Support team to gain hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and end-user support. You’ll assist in daily IT operations, hardware/software configuration, and network monitoring, helping ensure smooth technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Help with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Support troubleshooting for printers, emails, VPNs, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and log IT requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory records of IT assets and assist with equipment setup for new joiners.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

What You’ll Learn
