Job summary

Madhouse Mafia is offering a paid internship in Mumbai for an aspiring influencer marketing professional. You will support Outreach & Discovery, Creator Relations, and prepare detailed creative briefs as part of upcoming brand campaigns.

You will track schedules, assist with negotiations, manage creator data, and monitor campaign KPIs to inform internal teams. This role provides hands-on experience across content creator partnerships and trend research.

Qualifications

• Interest in influencer marketing and communications tasks.
• No formal degree required; open to students and fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Discovery: Source and actively reach out to relevant content creators across key digital platforms to build a strong pipeline.
• Creator Relations: Assist with onboarding of new influencers, handle daily client-facing communications, and nurture relationships.
• Negotiation & Briefing: Support basic contract and deliverable negotiations while preparing briefs for selected creators.
• Campaign Coordination: Track creator content schedules and ensure on-time posting across campaigns.
• Database Maintenance: Update and organize the creator database with niche tagging and performance metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor live campaign KPIs and compile end-of-campaign performance reports.
• Trend Research: Monitor social media trends and pitch fresh campaign ideas.

• Outreach & Discovery: Source and actively reach out to relevant content creators across key digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline.
• Creator Relations: Assist with the seamless onboarding of new influencers, handle daily client-facing communications, and nurture ongoing strategic relationships.
• Negotiation & Briefing: Support basic contract and deliverable negotiations while preparing and distributing detailed creative campaign briefs to selected creators.
• Campaign Coordination: Track creator content schedules, manage internal review and approval workflows, and rigorously ensure on-time posting across active brand campaigns.
• Database Maintenance: Systematically update and organize the internal creator database, tagging profiles by specific niche, engagement rates, and historical campaign performance metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Continuously monitor live campaign KPIs using analytics tools and compile insightful end-of-campaign performance reports for internal teams.
• Trend Research: Continuously monitor emerging social media trends, viral formats, and creator economy innovations to actively pitch fresh, engaging campaign ideas.
