Job Description - Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Influencer Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer content, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a database of influencers based on category, audience, engagement, and location.
• Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers throughout the campaign process.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
• Support the team in creating campaign briefs and influencer communication.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance, reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Maintain good relationships with influencers and agencies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, influencers, and digital marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
