Job summary

FutureLeap Search in India is seeking a dedicated influencer campaigns specialist to manage end-to-end initiatives on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. You will find, shortlist, onboard, and manage influencers across categories, build a strong creator network, and coordinate with brands, agencies, talent managers, and internal teams.

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Find, shortlist, onboard, and manage influencers across different categories.
• Build and maintain a strong network of relevant creators.
• Create campaign briefs, content ideas, scripts, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with influencers, agencies, talent managers, and internal teams.
• Handle creator outreach, negotiations, content approvals, posting, and reporting.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and partnerships.
• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports.
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
• Track competitors, new creators, trends, and content formats.
• Work with Brand and Performance Marketing teams to maximize influencer content.
